No, I am not Chinese!

And I do not speak Chinese either! For some reason the kids at school thought I was Chinese. I am not Asian, nor do I look like it. It is amazing what children can come up with. Teachers deserve rock star type money. It takes all the patience in the world to deal with the multitude of personalities on a day to day bases. I taught the future leaders of the world. They were bright, polite, helpful, and sweet. I also "taught" the future law breakers. The pride they take in being destructive is mind blowing. I wish I could show them an alternative to the path they are on, but they would just shut their eyes. I am only two days in. How teachers manage nine months a year, every year, is beyond me. They deserve a pay raise!

A job please!

It has gotten to the point where I desperately need a good paying job. I never thought in a million years that I would have to purchase groceries with my MasterCard. My first substitute teaching job is this Monday. So far I have scheduled 12 days. I hope everything goes smoothly. Summer is almost here, so my days as a substitute is limited. I have been sending out resumes and filling out applications in mass amounts. I cannot believe I have not heard from one job yet. Political science is not exactly a degree that provides a lot of job opportunities. My father thought I should have gone into the medical field. If only it was that easy!
J is looking for a new job too. A friend of ours offered to help him get a job with his company. I really hope this works out. J is such an amazing person. I want the world for him. If he gets this job, we will be able to stay in this town and maybe buy some property. We want to build a house sooo bad! We are ready for some good news and good luck. Cross your fingers!

I Wanna Be Your Super Hero

BOOOOO! I am so disappointed in the the first episode of The Sopranos. You mean to tell me that after two years that's the best they can do? These last nine episodes should be action packed from the get-go. I can't believe they wasted almost a whole hour at the lake house. The only thing that saved the show was the fight between Tony and Bobby. I loved how the Monopoly piece stuck to Tony's bloody face. Too funny! I give this episode a 6 out of 10. Let's hope it gets better.
Now, Entourage was fantastic! I triple love that show. Why is it not an hour long? Ari is perfection and Turtle & Drama are hilarious. I can't wait to see how Ari woos back Vince. I also can't wait to see if Drama's new television show will be a hit. There are so many possibilities for this show. I give this episode a 9 out of 10 and I am sure it will only get better!

WTC7

Today I was gonna rant about the whole Rosie O and Bill O feud, but I don't think I will. Bill O is spinning his ass off about the whole WTC7 controversy and Iran hostage thing. For those who don't know, a third building fell on 9-11. WTC7 was not hit by the planes but contained several small fires. This building eventually collapsed onto itself. There are many theories out there. Some believe it was a controlled demolition (Rosie O) and others believe the steel structure melted. Because I was not familiar with this topic, I had to Google it. Wow! There is a ton of information about WTC7 and there is actual video of the destruction. What I found interesting was the video of BBC news reporting on the collapse of WTC7 ten minutes or so before it actually happened. There is also a recording of someone saying "we have to pull it." Now, I suggest you, the reader, do the research yourself and come up with your own conclusions. Remember, this is NOT about the Twin Towers. No one is questioning that. Not even Rosie! It is about the third tower that fell. It's amazing!
